With the utilization ofour unique synergistic approach to therapy we can accelerate thedevelopmentprocess.Duties/Responsibilities:Creates simulated conditions to observe the behavior of each clientFormulates appropriate treatment plans that are sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needsAdministers treatment and tailor interventions as neededSuggests additional treatment by other professionals as requiredOperates within time, financial, and other resource constraintsRemains abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practicesAdvocates for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within societyRequired Skills/Abilities:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Able to act decisively and maintain client dignity Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar roleHaveverystrong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workersHave excellent leadership, and time management skillsAdhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCBA code of ethicsBe excited about the growth opportunities aheadHave a passion for researchLove to
