We pride ourselves on being well-established and successful, providing a platform for your professional growth and success.The Role: BMS Static Site Service EngineerAs a seasoned BMS Static Site Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) hardware. Your expertise should extend to fault finding, wiring, and networking, and you should be well-versed in the design and commissioning of BMS systems.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with site supervisors of the in-house maintenance team
* Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Conduct remedial works
* Generate detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports
* Contribute to on-site projects
* Provide support to BMS Operations teams, including occasional reactive call-outs to critical sitesKey Skills:
* Tridium / Cylon certification
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* Proven track record in a BMS service position
* Outstanding customer service skillsBenefits:
