Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityWe have an opportunity for a BMS Senior Account Manager to join us at Honeywell, in Horsham, UK, where you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Honeywell Multisite within the country and across Europe, based on the customers' building portfolio locations.This is a fully remote role, with 10-15% travel required.With over 125 years of proven building solutions, Honeywell is building ecosystems that put the occupant at the center and fostering environments of efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. Honeywell customers have saved $6B in Energy & Operational Savings since 1979 and we have completed approximately 6,000 guaranteed efficiency projects for our customers.Transform the way buildings operate to be safer, more productive and more energy conscious.Key Responsibilities:Achieve objectives such as creating opportunities, managing pipeline, and winning sales to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets following SEA approvals matrix.Conduct discovery meetings with customers to identify their needs and challenges and develop value-based proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs.Manage CRM system to track activity targets and maintain contact database.Partner with HBT, HCE, and BMS GBE's to create and manage opportunities.Key Skills & Qualifications:BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in front line BMS, B2B value-based sales experience in direct end user selling through value (essential)Commercial awarenessRelated support services experience with Building Energy Management Systems (BeMS) sectorProjects experience including standard processes and contract awareness.
