BMS Service EngineerPermanent£50,000pa + Company Vehicle + OTE
BMS Service Engineers to join our Smart Buildings Team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. On offer is a competitive salary of £50,000, Top of the Range EV and benefits package. We achieve connectivity in a number of ways;
1. Connect building BMS and associated systems into our singular view SaaS platform
2. The above + integration with IoT sensor technology to change behavioural patterns
3. Connect buildings via IoT sensor technology directly fed back into our SaaS platform
In parallel, the smart solution(s) support customers zero-carbon transition(s), whilst positivity impacting the wellbeing of occupants and end users. Smart buildings currently deliver project works ranging from £10k - £1.5m in singular size + variations via an evolving blend of in house delivery supplemented by a selection of specialist supply chain partners. With an aggressive growth strategy over the next 3
5 years, this role will be paramount in helping to define shape and grow the team to ensure we grow sustainably.
The role of BMS Service Engineer will include carrying out a number of tasks on contracted customer sites, including PFI Schools, PFI Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites. The successful applicant will build an on-going relationship with all customers looking after the needs of the site and making improvements where applicable.

What will you deliver?
Install, configure, and commission BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMSs on our various sites.
Reactive call out rota will be worked (additional financial benefit included for being on call and attending)
Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
Identify opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMSs for our clients.
Prepare proposals and quoting of works as required.

Who are we looking for?
City & Guild / BTec / NVQ Electrical.
Extensive knowledge & experience of BMS / HVAC.
Knowledge & experience with either Trend, Tridium Controls/Niagara/Distech/Siemens (not all are required as training will be provided)
Excellent working knowledge of the electrical industry.
Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Mechanical schematic diagrams.
Understanding of IT networks.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Full UK driving licence.
Controls training / experience.
Experience with fault finding in electrical panels.
Report writing skills.
