Critical Projects Clear Engineering are working closely with a leading provider of BMS/BEMS solutions who operate on an international scale. Due to their expansion across all of their regions, they're seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer who can help deliver and grow their portfolio of projects, specifically focusing on their European operations. Off the back of massive growth within the data centre industry as a whole, this company have reaped the benefits and established long-lasting relationships with some of the fastest-growing providers in the industry right now. With a solid and growing portfolio of projects across Europe, this company is quickly becoming one of the go-to system integrators.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review the BMS design and specifications to ensure they align with the building's requirements and standards.
Work closely with the client directly to ensure proper system integration.
Configuring, testing, and commissioning BMS equipment and software to ensure it meets the specified requirements and delivers the highest level of energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and project objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in BMS commissioning.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
