Organisational Skills: Manage your own diary and workload efficiently. Portfolio Management: Experience in handling a diverse portfolio, including water park homes, grade 2 listed buildings, and more. Expertise: Proficient in the S20 process, drafting and setting service charge budgets, conducting AGMs, completing LP1 forms, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
