Block Clean Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Block Clean Driver Team Leader to join the Housing and Neighbourhoods Service within Sheffield City Council.
We are looking for a Block Clean Driver Team Leader to work as part of Sheffield City Council’s Housing and Neighbourhood Service, supporting the delivery of a quality Housing Service.
Location: We have various positions throughout the city, however you could expected to work in any Neighbourhood Team, should the need arise.
Are you highly motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to assist the residents of Sheffield in keeping the communal areas within blocks
Clean and safe?
Are you a real people person?
Able to work as part of a team?
Are you hard working and have good communication skills and deliver excellent customer care?
You will need to show a basic understanding of numeracy and literacy skills and will, use IT equipment to record your work.
You will need to have the ability to work under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines, maintaining accurate records and operating within policy and procedures with good administration skills.
Having a Driving License is an essential requirement for this role.
