Master Locksmith*Immediate Start*North LondonWorking HoursThe job is a full-time job with no limits to the uppermost working hours. Normal working hours will be 46.75DutiesAttend customer premises to carry out worksSurvey work and advise on best products for customers needsLiaise with customers and carry out tasks as instructed/suggested on site, including but not limited to:Fit,open, replace door and window locksFit safes, security grilles and door closersComplete all necessary documents as required for the work carried out such as quotes and sales ordersCollect payment from the client for the works carried out following company proceduresDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, whilst maintaining the highest level of professional conductLiaise with other departments within the company as required in order to carry out your responsibilities examples may be for upselling or any key-cutting requirements paired with lock-fittingTo be familiar with and to follow the company operating procedures wherever relevant to your responsibilitiesTo make suggestions on improving the procedures of the company, particularly as it affects the Locksmith DepartmentTo assist with maintaining the companys policy on qualityTo work in a safe and efficient manner with minimum supervision but to refer to a Manager or Director when their assistance or guidance will promote improved customer serviceTo be respectful of your working environment and the tools provided by the company to perform your dutiesThis is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisationKey CompetenciesCompetent in Locksmith workGood knowledge of security productsReliable and punctualGood communication skillsAttention to detail and well organisedAble to work both independently and within a teamKey SkillsMechanically mindedGood level of basic mathematical understandingIT literateWhat Will Success Look Like in 6 MonthsGood knowledge of work procedures and company policiesWork completed to a level that is satisfactory to customers and the company with a focus on qualityComprehensive knowledge of products that we installPositive working relationship with our clients and your work colleaguesWhat Will Success Look Like in 12 MonthsImproved workflow and increased outputImproved knowledge of work thats being carried outContributions to better working practices and a growing client base for repeat customRelevant ExperienceLocksmith experience (3 years experience preferred but not essential)Sales background is considered an assetRelevant Education/CertificationsMinimum GCSE/O Level Maths and EnglishCertification or completion of locksmith courses considered an assetDBS check requiredUK Drivers licenseJBRP1_UKTJ
