Biomedical Scientist - Histopathology

BioTalent are partnered with a global leader in diagnostic imaging and clinical testing services for the private and public healthcare industries, with several sites across Europe. We are in search of multiple experienced Biomedical Scientists to join the growing team in central London. You will contribute to the smooth running of the labs and provide high quality histopathology services. You will be joining a motivated team within labs hosting some of the newest equipment.You will be responsible for:Ensure specimens are received, booked in, cut up, processed, stained and dispatched to the highest standards, and within agreed turnaround times.Assist in controlling the quality and accuracy of the work.Ensure all samples are archived regularly and accurately.Undertake any training courses as necessary.Use and maintain any equipment within histology.Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe laboratory procedures at all times.You will bring the following:2+ years experience working in a histology laboratory.HCPC registered and member of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences.Microtomy and embedding experience.If you would like to learn more about this exciting opportunity or to recommend a valued professional from your network, you can share your CV and/or reach out via
