Position Overview: They are searching for a talented Biology Teacher to inspire and educate their students in the fascinating world of life sciences. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of biology and the ability to deliver engaging and informative lessons to students aged 11-18. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality biology lessons that are aligned with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of our students.


• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to explore, question, and discover.


• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning.


• Support students in developing their scientific skills, including practical experimentation, data analysis, and critical thinking.


• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the biology curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.


• Degree in Biology or a related field, with a strong academic background and passion for the subject.


• Experience teaching biology at the secondary level, with a track record of success in raising student achievement.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
