Job Responsibilities of this Biology Teacher job in Cradley Heath

• Develop and deliver captivating Biology lessons to inspire and motivate students.


• Facilitate hands-on experiments and investigations to deepen understanding of biological concepts.


• Guide students in applying scientific knowledge to real-world biological problems.


• Monitor and assess student progress, offering personalised support as necessary.


• Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to create a positive learning atmosphere.


• Establish strong connections with students, parents, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and student progress monitoring (QTS not obligatory).


• Genuine passion for working with students, particularly those needing additional support.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to ignite curiosity and critical thinking in young minds.


• Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and a positive demeanour.
