Job DescriptionBioanalytical ScientistsPharmidex is pleased to offer the opportunity to join our Bioanalytical team based at our laboratory in Hertfordshire. We would welcome applications from scientists, ideally with at least two years of relevant experience, who are keen to further their career in bioanalysis. The role is a full time on site position.Opportunities exist working to support both regulatory and non-regulatory studies including collaborative research projects funded by grants. Dependent upon experience, a successful candidate may also act to manage client interactions, assisting with study design and data interpretation as required.Basic attributes required:· You should have a degree in Chemistry, or with Chemistry as a major component.· Ideally you will have at least two years of experience of working in a bioanalytical laboratory where you were responsible for LC-MS method development and validation.· A good working knowledge of sample preparation techniques, liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry is essential.· You will have developed good skills in communication and teamwork.Additional attributes for more senior positions:· Advanced LC-MS method development and troubleshooting skills.· Supervisory experience· You may have a good knowledge and practical experience of GLP and / or GCP.· You may have experience of acting as Study Director / PI for bioanalytical studies.· You should have gained a good understanding of ADMET studies in drug discovery and development.· Experience with biotherapeutics would be advantageous.If you would like to be considered for a position please apply on this advert.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Free parkingHealth & wellbeing programmeLife insuranceOn-site parkingReferral programmeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Work Location: In person
