The BIM Manager must background in the construction industry with experience of both Architectural & MEP sectors.

Experience managing COBie information & managing project data requirements.

Strong 3D Modelling and 2D drafting skills utilising Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Experienced in model federation and clash detection.

The BIM Lead will work alongside and support Technical Services (MEP) and the Drawing Office, collaborating with the contracts department to deliver large design and build projects to programme

High degree of numeracy, personal organisation and attention to detail.

As a BIM Manager you must have a few good skills and abilities to perform such an exciting role.�

• Co-ordinate models produced in Inventor by the Drawing Office


• Produce Revit models from 2D AutoCAD drawings for BIM integration as well as model building elements in Revit for federation.


• Support Project Team members in the use of BIM Authoring tools


• Produce and develop project content utilising Revit and Navisworks


• Monitor project compliance against Client Schedules of Work and Project BIM Execution Plan


• Co-ordinate company BIM information with Base Build models


• Federate models and undertake clash detection including reporting and resolution


• A flexible approach to facilitate our varying contractual BIM obligations

• Any other duties needed to ensure the full discharge of duties responsibly requested by your Manager.

• Seeking 5 years within a busy and demanding construction background both Architectural & MEP


• The attitude to drive forward and be a solutions-based person


• Experience in COBie information & managing project data requirements


• Passionate about BIM modelling and all facets within BIM�
