Overview:
My client is a multi-award winning, design focused Architectural practice, employing over 100 design staff across their offices in Manchester, York and London. They are a highly successful business with an enviable track record of delivering large, high-profile projects throughout the UK and Europe.
They are actively seeking a BIM Manager / Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong background in Architecture, preferably as a Project Architect or Architectural Technologist, to join their Manchester office. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and managing BIM processes across projects and ensuring compliance with BIM Level 2 standards when required.
Responsibilities:

• Operate flexibly within a Group environment to meet the project team's obligations.
• Take ownership of implementing a BIM Management System, including developing procedures, practices, tools, and templates to comply with BIM Level 2 standards.
• Provide training, support, and mentoring to facilitate the effective delivery of the BIM Management System protocol.
• Lead the use, deployment, and assessment of REVIT Architecture in alignment with the BIM Management System.
• Contribute to the design and detailing of projects as needed.
• Take the lead on all BIM processes for large and complex projects.

Skills and Experience:

• Expert proficiency in the use of REVIT.
• Proven experience in managing projects within a BIM Level 2 environment.
• Strong understanding of Architecture and experience in a Project Architect or Architectural Technologist role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide training and support to team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to BIM.
