Our client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking BIM Manager to join their growing team. Renowned for balancing commercial requirements and innovative design solutions, the practice undertakes projects ranging from �1 million to �500 million.

Job Description:
Collaborating with the experienced BIM Co-Ordinator, the client will play a pivotal role in implementing BIM procedures and protocols guided by principles of a progressive approach, shared understanding, careful strategizing, and clarity through collaboration.

The Opportunity:
The individual will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team delivering and implementing
BIM from strategy level to project level for prestigious clients.

Responsibilities Include:
- Capturing client information requirements and developing BIM strategies.
- Authoring BIM documentation aligned with industry standards.
- Leading and managing the implementation across a program of works and at project levels.
- Communicating BIM strategies, documentation, and workflows to stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating risks.
- Leading and managing a team of Coordinators and Technicians.
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Conducting audits and clash detection of project models.
- Analyzing and validating data against project information requirements.
- Developing templates, standards, and procedures.
- Providing regular training to colleagues on authoring software, CDE, and BIM standards.
- Peer reviewing work produced by colleagues.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of BIM documentation, CDE templates, and processes.
- Contributing to bid proposals.
- Researching and developing emerging technologies.
- Being a BIM ambassador and championing the services delivered by the practice.

About the candidate:
The candidate is expected to be digitally savvy, capable of building lasting client relationships, and leading motivated teams. An advanced understanding of ISO19650 and BS1192, along with an architectural background, is essential. Dynamo advanced user skills are advantageous, and a commitment to learning is crucial.


The ideal candidate will have:
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends.
- Working knowledge of Level 2 BIM standards and international BIM standards.
- Proven track record of project delivery to BIM standards.
- Expertise in Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and 3D modeling software.
- Advanced knowledge of IFC and COBie schemas.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit integration with Twinmotion and Navisworks.
- Inquisitive nature to research and learn new software skills.

Qualifications:
- Preferably educated to degree level or with sufficient demonstrable workplace experience.
- BSI Project Information Practitioner / Professional or equivalent certification would be advantageous
but a commitment to work towards these is also acceptable.
