Are you a BIM Technician Looking to take a step up into a BIM Manager position?
Are you a BIM Technician with a background in both architecture & MEP sectors and looking to progress your career whilst working on varied new building projects?
On offer is an amazing opportunity for a candidate with experience as a BIM Technician to join a well-established and one of the biggest in-house Joinery manufacturers in the UK.
As the go-to BIM Manager, You will become an integral member of the CAD team, working closely with teams of specialist Engineers and Architects on new building and construction projects, converting schematics and drawings into structural models, and managing architectural document control.
This company is financially sound and has been established for centuries. Due to recent success and a significant period of growth, they are looking to expand further, making this a great time to get on board and play a key role in their future. Currently working on several high-value projects each worth over �40 million, this is a fantastic chance to play a part in these premium works, for a well-known and highly regarded business.
This role would suit a BIM Manager who has worked on some Autodesk Revit projects, this is a great chance for anyone who wants to work on exciting and tough projects, and to grow their career and skills even more.
The Role:

• Creating structural models using BIM and SolidWorks
• Working with specialist Engineers and Architects on varied new build and renovation projects
• Continual specialist training courses

The Person:

• BIM Technician background or similar
• Experience using Autodesk Revit
• Background in Architectural & MEP sectors
