Job Description:



Due to the continued growth of our client, we are now looking to add to our Design team.�



Responsibilities:




  • Collaborate with design teams to model, draw, and coordinate mechanical and electrical designs, ensuring seamless construction processes.

  • Participate in internal model and design team meetings as well as project BIM meetings with main contractors.

  • Ensure the utilization of the latest models, drawings, and designs from all stakeholders, and communicate any changes effectively to engineers and site teams.

  • Generate Revit models based on senior engineers' outputs and create Revit families when manufacturer files are unavailable.

  • Model Skids & Modules for offsite manufacturing and delivery.

  • Manage clash detection and resolution between disciplines.

  • Maintain ACC / BIM360 cloud models and reporting.

  • Provide technical support to project teams as needed throughout project lifecycles.

  • Integrate Cloud Point Surveys and ensure compliance with all project BIM documentation.

  • Adhere to all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) policies and procedures.



Qualifications:




  • Previous experience with Revit MEP in the construction/building services sector.

  • A relevant qualification in BIM, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and via email.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and timely manner.
