WE'RE LOOKING FOR A BIM COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR BATH AND LONDON TEAMSLocation: Bath or London, UKWe are looking for talented BIM Coordinators in our Bath and London Studios.You might currently be working as a BIM Coordinator and looking to work for a different practice, or perhaps you are an ambitious BIM Technician looking to progress.The preferred candidates should have the enthusiasm and vision to join our team working on a number of exciting high-profile projects. With a solid background at leading design firms, the preferred candidates will have proven experience working in a model manager/project coordination and delivery role and have an in-depth knowledge of Revit as their preferred authoring tool.Working in collaboration with the Bath or London Studio BIM Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an overview of the studio’s BIM projects leading to consistency in application of standards, modelling methods and graphic outputs. You will be responsible for BIM support to our project teams, although training staff is not a requirement.Your role will include overseeing the daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up as well as the technical management of project BIM data sets. You will be expected to communicate with project teams (often working remotely from teams) to ensure procedures and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
