Billing & Revenue Controller

Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for an experienced Billing Administrator professional to join their team.As a Billing Administrator reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic finance team. Your main focus will be on billing and credit control, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes.Responsibilities:Produce monthly bills on behalf of customersConduct credit control activities as needed.Reconcile accounts when required.Assess and open accounts for new customers based on credit control guidelines.Regularly review debtors with the Finance Manager.Interface daily invoices and credits onto the finance system.Monitor and input e-commerce transactions on a daily basis.Manage month-end procedures and ledger.Reconcile monthly revenue at month-end.Skills and experience required:Experience working within a financial role and progressing invoicesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft packagesHigh attention to detailAbility to use initiative and problem solveSelf-motivated, positive and proactive attitude and a great team playerExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbally) 25 days annual leaveAdditional day off birthday holidayCycle to work schemeRegular away days and social eventsAND MANY MORE!!!Apply now to avoid disappointment!Unfortunately, we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
