*WANTED**Job Title:*. Billing Coordinator*Job Description:*- Manage the billing process, including generating invoices, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients/customers.- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and transactions.- Communicate with clients/customers to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and finance, to reconcile billing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and billing guidelines.- Utilize billing software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.- Work independently from home, managing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.*Requirements:*- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or a related field.- Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred but not always required.*Salary:*- £3500 per month (salary may vary based on experience, location, and company policies).*APPLY NOW* -
