Billing Analyst

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a hugely successful Stockton based business. This is a newly created role offering the successful candidate to really take ownership of the invoicing and crediting process. You will have the responsibility of creating and managing efficient processes and work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager and team in order to streamline and improve efficiencies across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices and credit across multiple revenue streams


• Creating proforma invoices


• Creating free text invoices


• Allocations


• Uploading invoices to portals


• Extensive and proficient reporting and analysis


• Working alongside treasury to ensure accuracy of allocations

Ideal you will:

• Be an advanced Excel user


• Have a high level of attention to detail


• Be experienced in VAT


• Be experienced in reporting and analysis


• Have an excellent ability to communicate at all levels


• Have experience of process improvements and change
