Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Portal Registration and Tender Administrator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in our business by focusing on portal registrations, tendering, and administering framework agreements. If you are a talented bid writer with a strong attention to detail, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving organisation.

You will be responsible for applying to multiple public sector Frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) to enable EVC to support these markets as a leading Charge Point Operator (CPO).

Duties and responsibilities

* Portal Registration and Management: Efficiently manage the registration process on various portals, ensuring access to tender opportunities and framework agreements.

* Tender Submissions and Framework Administration: Monitor active portals for available tenders, prepare high-quality bids, and submit proposals on time. Administer and manage framework agreements to ensure compliance and successful execution.

* Content Coordination: Produce, coordinate, and edit written content for proposals, bids, and submissions, ensuring high quality and alignment with company standards.

* Technical Information Gathering: Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical information, facilitating the creation of bespoke solutions for clients during tender projects.

* Tender Program Compliance: Ensure all proposals are prepared in line with tender program requirements and deadlines.

* Proofreading and Quality Assurance: Be responsible for proofreading materials, providing technical and commercial writing expertise to enhance submission quality.

* Relationship Building: Build and develop relationships with key business sector teams to enhance collaboration and understanding of sector-specific requirements.

* Marketing Materials: Produce promotional and marketing materials, as well as award submissions, to support our business development efforts.

* Construction Information: Assemble and shape construction information into compelling submissions to secure new opportunities.

Skills and experience

* Industry-specific knowledge of bid writing within the EV market is a must

* Proven track record in the sector or a similar role, preferably with experience in working for a main contractor

* Have knowledge of the Crown Commercial Service / government bodies in this space

* Excellent written English and communication skills

* Flexibility to meet time pressures and deliver high-quality submissions on time

* Exceptional organisational, writing, editing, and copywriting skills

Qualifications

* Degree in relevant field

* GCSE /A-Level

Additional Information

* 40hrs Monday – Friday

* Mainly office based, with some possibility to work from home
