Are you a Bid Writer looking to work for an IT company who focuses highly on social value and a warm working environment?
My client is looking for a meticulous and driven individual to join their bid writing team for large scale projects. This person must have good knowledge of the AV industry with a background preferably in the distribution or reseller market. They must have excellent communication skills, as well as previous bid writing experience. They must have good English language skills, a keen eye for detail and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities of the Bid Writer
Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within pre-defined timeframe
Coordinate, review, and edit proposals, involving contributions from sales, marketing, finance, commercial, and legal.
Ability to compile content in persuasive writing and proposals.
Strong time management / prioritisation skills
Ability to work in a team and to manage the team during proposal schedule.
Analyse feedback and provide SWOT reports on feedback received.
