Bid Writer

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a respected UK main contractor with their searched for a seasoned Bid Writer with construction industry experience.

Responsible to: Pre Construction Director

Key Duties

The Proposals Writer will successfully respond to OJEU notices, invitations to tender and development bids through the production of high quality PQQs and ITT submissions that are tailored to suit the specific requirements of the enquiry from Client.

As Proposals Writer, you will deliver work winning/bidding excellence to help our client continue to secure a wide range of major projects across our their key sectors, which include (but are not limited to) Student Accommodation,Education, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial and Leisure.

Our client's projects are mostly based in the Central London area, and are delivered for blue chip clients, with project values ranging up to �50m.

You will be able to call upon a wide range of bid winning and writing skills, demonstrating best practice in your approach to developing high quality responses that reflect Client-specific needs.

You will be responsible for understanding tender documents and Client requirements, developing win themes and answer plans, engaging expert contributors, articulating Client-focused solutions. Our client are ideally seeking an individual with a stable employment track record working for UK main contractors, experience within the London construction market would be ideal but is not essential.
