Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for a Bid Team Administrator to join our Global bid team. You'll primarily be home based, able to work flexibly and will commute to our London office once a month and for any additional ad hoc meetings in London or other office locations, after the initial training period. Travel expenses to the London office would be at your own cost but expenses to other offices would be paid. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our global operations.
What You’ll Do
Provide support to the Bid Team including management of cloud-based filing system (Microsoft Teams), preparation of appendices and other documents throughout the bid process.
Provide support to the Global Bid Manager to prepare reports and assist with presentations etc as required.
Maintain Bid Team calendar to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
Assist with the management of the bid library, liaising with subject matter experts to gather updated information.
Assist with updating and management of central resources such as information security databases.
Complete due diligence questionnaires for both current clients and prospects.
Liaise with the Account Management Team to collate data for case studies.
Create and manage a testimonials and references database.
What We’re Looking For
Must be highly motivated and a true ‘self-starter’ to ensure that goals and targets are consistently met.
Must enjoy being part of a busy team and work well with the wider Sales Team.
Must be organised and have high attention to detail with the ability to manage own time effectively.
The ability to stay calm under pressure, handle multiple projects and willingness to assist in ad-hoc tasks to meet team deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
Must have experience in an administrative role. Experience within a sales or bid team is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications essential.
