Bid Manager

A market leader in trades�training, is currently seeking a dynamic Bid Manager to join their growing team.�

THE ROLE

• Leading a cross functional team to deliver winning bids and proposals����


• Managing the bid process from RFI through to contract award


• Produce professionally written, deadline driven bid content that clearly communicates value proposition and addresses the clients key drivers/win themes.


• Prepare written responses to bids using information, facts, research and supporting documentation gathered from the bid knowledge base and various departments/sources.


• Create new content in response to emerging requirements or after identifying content gaps


• Coordination of all input from a range of bid process stakeholders to meet deadlines


• Leading and managing the ongoing development of effective bid processes.


• Producing and tailoring compelling slides and graphics as part of bid process.


• Manage the process of identifying and applying any lessons learned from client feedback to improve the quality of future submissions.

YOU

• At least 5+ years Capture, Bid and Proposal management experience


• Fluent use of written and verbal English


• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines


• Excellent attention to detail and high regard for accuracy


• Highly organised working methods


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Ability to engage, lead and manage a wide range of stakeholders


• Proven skills in producing and editing content in a business environment


• Advanced user of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio


• Ability to effectively manage projects


• Ability to delegate work


• Effective negotiation skills
