Role Overview: As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing new projects and contracts for our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end bid process, from initial client engagement to final submission, ensuring that our bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and industry knowledge to deliver winning proposals that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bid management process for major construction projects, including commercial, residential, infrastructure, and public sector developments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and subject matter experts, to develop compelling bid strategies and solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive bid reviews, assessing risks, opportunities, and resource requirements to inform decision-making and maximize win potential.
- Manage the preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
