  • Get all the submission docs ready in line with our strategy.
  • Work with other teams like Operations to get the job done.
  • Make sure everything's reviewed and approved following our rules.
  • Collaborate with Sales/BD to nail the proposal and impress the client.
  • Stay on the ball after submission to keep the client interested and answer any questions they have.
  • Wrap things up neatly according to our rules.
  • Keep everyone in the loop, give feedback, and speak up if there are any issues.
  • Keep our CRM (Salesforce) up to date for the proposals you're handling.

For Prequalifications:

Other:

  • Be a team player and help out wherever you're needed.
  • Support Sales/BD activities when required.
  • Stay flexible to help out with any proposal tasks as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • You've got relevant experience in similar industries and roles (e.g., Project Manager, Site Manager, Contract Manager) for around 5+ years.
  • You're a pro at handling complex proposals, with at least 10+ years in proposals and 5+ years in a lead role.
  • You know how to rally a team and get them to deliver top-quality submissions on time.
