Bid Manager – Bourne Steel

Reporting to the Bid Director, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join a leading specialist in our field, constructing Steel projects up to £20million.The role will be based in our Poole Office.ApplicantYou will be an experienced Bid Manager and have proven ability in all aspects of the estimating and sales process, including the management of tenders. In particular, you will have had responsibility for securing orders from clients, have a commercial and contractual understanding of tenders and projects together with an understanding of specifications, steel products and steel construction. You will be able to meet clients, contractors, engineers and be able to communicate and deal with their tenders, plus be able to discuss requirements downstream with our supply chain.
