If you believe you're qualified, but don't "check all the boxes", please still submit an application and we will explore your experience further.Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:A demonstrable track record of prior industry-related Bid Manager writing tenders and reviewing Frameworks across the Public Sector or a highly regulated sectorManage and co-ordinate the planning and execution of all major bids and proposals (solicited and non-solicited) in line with the Sword Tender process and tender timelines including the allocation of authors and management / review and creation of content etc.Production of all non-technical response contentDevelopment of Bid response library and standard contentCommercial input and review for each submissionAssist in the preparation for and participation in client presentationsContribute to the Business Unit value proposition developmentPerform analysis on bid and proposal successParticipation within the Sword Opportunity Review Board (ORB)Sales to Operations handover of successful tender / proposalsManage all existing Framework renewalsIdentify and pursue all new Frameworks submissionsMaximise the Sword scope and participation on all FrameworksManage relationship with framework partnersMonitor tender portals etc for opportunities and inform ORB (new and existing)Assist in marketing Sword capability within each frameworkDevelop long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partnersAnalysis of Framework activity to identify areas of focusBenefitsOur people are supported and encouraged to develop their career with Sword through their own personal learning and development plan, alongside a competitive salary, pension, private health, wellbeing and insurance schemes, a flexible approach to working, and employee assistance programme.Sword is committed to maintaining a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
