What You'll Do:

As a Bid Coordinator, you will support this company's commercial endeavours in the high voltage systems sector, managing tenders, and nurturing relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and facilitate the delivery of power transmission solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the entire tender process, starting from inquiries to securing orders.
• Act as the main liaison for all internal and external communications related to tenders.
• Develop strategic bidding approaches and pricing strategies.
• Gather and organize technical, operational, and commercial data for tender submissions, assess project alternatives, and negotiate contracts with customers post-tender.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
• Strong understanding of business to be able to make sound commercial decisions
• Excellent communication skills to work with high-level stakeholders and across teams
