We have an exciting opportunity for a BI Data Support Analyst at Dominos! You'll play a critical role in supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting our Business Intelligence systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our BI infrastructure, supporting both Franchisees and internal head office staff. You'll collaborate closely with the BI Development team and stakeholders across the business.
Success in this role looks like:
Proven experience supporting BI or data systems or extensive experience in an IT support/service desk environment
Previous experience using SQL server to query data (including using joins and group by)
Some experience building reports/dashboards with either Tableau or SSRS
Experience using reports and dashboards built with Tableau, Power BI and SSRS.
Ability to use multidimensional cubes to query data (eg in Excel)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
