Better Care Fund Manager£50,512 paJoint responsibly to South Tyneside Council and Integrated Care Board.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Better Care Fund Manager, this role will work and report equally to South Tyneside Council and the ICB at place.Accountable for the management, coordination and reporting against the outcomes of the programme made up from a range of projects and workstreams across the local Health and Social Care landscape.The post holder will be involved in the development and monitoring of a programme to implement the Better Care Fund priorities and to oversee the performance management frameworks and assurance process for the BCF in South Tyneside.About You:We are looking for a candidate with high levels of experience in strategic commissioning and programme management of the Better Care Fund who will be able to lead and support on the delivery of the Better Care Fund.You will have a strong track record of managing complex projects within a health or social care setting and experience of working collaboratively with good understanding of the current health and social care integration agenda.You will have proven track record of project management, service reform, performance management and delivering projects within budget and timescales, as well as a high level of communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Working closely with the Regional Better Care Fund Manager, the post will ensure compliance with national policy, facilitate the required Health & Wellbeing Board joint plan covering Health, Care and Housing priorities, ensure Section 75 agreements are in place, and prepare reports on progress of schemes for the Strategic Alliance and Health and Wellbeing Board.About Us:About Us: Adult Social Care is changing in South Tyneside.
