Best Execution Analyst

Our client is a world-renowned player in the investment management sector. They are now seeking a Best Execution Analyst to join their Investment Support team on a permanent basis.The Best Execution Analyst will be primarily working alongside the TCA Analyst providing analysis to the dealing desk.The Best Execution Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:Support the production of the firm’s TCA provision for the Dealing Oversight Committee and Head of DealingContinue to develop and enhance current capabilities so that they may be maintained with less effort going forwardEnsure solutions are comprehensive, robust and well-documentedProduction of reporting as required on a periodic and ad hoc basisDaily outlier reporting for Equity and Fixed IncomeWeekly outlier reporting for Convertible BondsMonthly TCA analysis across Equity, Fixed Income and Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD)Attend periodic meetings with vendorsAttend meetings of the Dealing Oversight Committee and other internal meetingsThe Best Execution Analyst will meet the following criteria:1-3 years work history within the investment management sectorExperience in TCA or best executionMathematically mindedIndustry qualification such as IMC or CFAComfortable with working with large data and proven experience of thisKnowledge of either Power BI, VBA, Sharepoint or other data mining toolsThis is a rare opportunity to join a thriving investment management house during an exciting period of change and transformation.If you believe your profile meets the criteria, please apply with your CV.“Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
