Job DescriptionOur client is a reputable global law firm highly recognised for their M&A work, they are now looking for a collaborative and pro-active Benefits Specialist to join their wider London HR team on a permanent basis.The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for providing a high quality service to the wider firm and manage the Benefits offering alongside the wider HR Operations team. Key Duties Include:Support with planning, development and administration of global benefits strategies, policies, and procedures for core benefitsEnsure compliance with legal requirements and monitor the relative competitiveness of the benefits.Ensure systems benefits configuration provides a user-friendly interface and effective reporting on enrolment and cost data and tracking policy renewals and open enrolment periods in different jurisdictions to support our global population.Audit employee coverage and cost information, prepare and reconcile census reports and vendor invoices, and liaise with Finance to arrange payments, allocate charges and track retirement plan contributions. Maintain benefit records and collect data on claims experience and prepare management reports to communicate significant trends affecting future costs.Respond to benefit queries and ensure a high quality service and timely resolution of issuesLiaison with vendors regarding claims, eligibility, and ongoing service.Assist in Wellness program administration.Identify data and reporting requirements regarding benefitsSupport with ad-hoc projects and benefits information requestsThe Benefits Specialist will ideally have at least 4 years or more experience with Benefits, preferably within professional services/law firm along with a sound understanding of HRIS Systems. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressured environment and juggle multiple conflicting priorities. Demonstrating confidentiality, professionalism and a high level of service. The right candidate will possess excellent organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
