My client a leading international law firm with stunning offices based in the City of London, they are now looking for an innovative and collaborative Benefits & Projects Manager to join their global HR Operations team on a permanent basis. The Benefits & Projects Manager will work in partnership with the key Benefit contacts bringing together expertise from across the HR Operations team to design, create and manage the processes and tools that support strategic benefits delivery objectives.The key duties will include: Building a portfolio framework for Benefits projects to facilitate resourcing, vendor management and cost projection.Managing projects that support key Benefits priorities, leading the scoping, planning, delivery, tracking and reporting against agreed milestones.Developing subject matter expertise on Benefits processes, data, complex and/or unfamiliar initiatives, and share information with stakeholders.Working collaboratively to bring together expertise from Project Management, HR Information Services (HRIS) & HR Shared Services (HRSS) as required.Identifying risks and track mitigating actions to ensure success, escalating as appropriate; this includes those related to shared resources and usage, and data privacy.Delivering timely communications across multiple channels that are aligned with People function strategy and the overall direction of the Firm. The Benefits & Projects Manager will ideally have 4 - 7 years project and stakeholder management experience in benefits delivery working within a mid/large international organisations. It is essential to have experience with benefits vendors, eligibility and benefits plan structures in global jurisdictions and substantial knowledge of project management techniques and tools (any project management qualification - CAPM, Prince2 or PMP will be advantageous). The right candidate will have knowledge of HR functions, processes and best practices, and experience working on operations projects along with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
