We are looking for Benefit Managers!
The role will between 6-12 months.
The role will be based in Abbeywood or Corsham 8 days a month onsite
SC/DV clearance
Minimum Requirement
A recognised Project Management qualification (or working towards/willingness to work towards) such as APMG Managing Benefits Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner, APMG International Project Planning and Control Practitioner, APMG Better Business Cases, PMI Project Management Professional
Benefits Management
Business Case Evaluation
Good strong benefits case, benefits reporting, business case and evaluations experience
Candidates need to be able to deliver with minimum direction.
Ability to be strategic, able to embed rolling out strategies
Implementation experience
Provide and identify benefits.
Knowledge management, guidance, and support
Identify, develop, and share best practice project delivery processes, tools and templates and benchmarks against industry standard to the wider teams; to up-skill and develop their use of programme and project management tools and methodologies.
