Benefits Manager / Business Change

Please note this role has been deemed Inside IR35 and will require onsite attendance once a week.
Benefits Manager / Business Change Analyst
Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Change Manager to produce the benefits plan
Identification of benefits for CSR
Analysis of benefits and production of the benefits profiles including the both tangible and intangible benefits.
Production of benefits costings for benefits modelling
Development and management of benefits maps
Present the benefits to the business from a business change point of view not technical.
Knowledge transfer to internal staff and contractors
