Our client is looking for a Benefit & Systems Specialist for a permanent (staff) role, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)

ROLE

The suitable candidate will support the Benefit and Systems activities within the HRIS Team. Tasks are wide and varied within the HRIS team providing an invaluable support link between Service providers, Offshore Crewing departments and Offshore Crew worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support a range of core and flexible benefit administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Provide key benefit support in annual renewal activities.
  • Gain a good understanding of the benefits on offer and support engagement and promotion.
  • Provide valuable support and guidance to Crew queries through to resolution.
  • Support and assist with the reconciliation of benefit invoicing.
  • Responsible for data integrity and data audit across the HRIS systems.
  • Support a range of HRIS systems to improve the efficiency of the service to the offshore workforce including but not be limited to Flexible Benefit Platform, TrainingPortal, SharePoint, SAP, Onboard Tracker and our 7Offshore Communications App.
  • Administer Data Audit, Cleansing and Monitoring of data quality across the systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working in a Compensation & Benefit related role would be advantageous.
  • Good inter-personal and problem-solving skills, able suggest and develop new ideas.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks efficiently and ensure effective delivery of priorities to meet operational demands.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Good general administration and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience of supporting an offshore and international crew would be advantageous.
  • Ability to listen, build rapport and develop credibility as a trusted Support Specialist, working collaboratively with cross-function global teams, stakeholders and service providers.
