BeMS Project Manager – London & South

The BeMS Project Manager is expected to take ownership of projects ranging in value between £10k-£500k and should ensure that contracts are delivered on time, on budget and to client expectations. The successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities:Take projects from sales handover by forming an understanding of the quote, scope of works and specificationEnsure standard documents are continually used and maintainedBe responsible for health and safety management on all managed projectsRegularly monitor, review and report on the progress of project progress, delays and resourcing amendments to the company and customerUndertake quality checks and control of all installation worksEnsure all financial aspects of a contract are managedMaintain a strong personable working relationship with all clientsEnsure standard documents are continually used and maintained, including the programme of works, technical submittals, RFI’s, variation summaries as well as technical documents such as points lists, description of operations and panel drawings.
