Contract: Full-time

Location: Boston

Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students' behaviour and well-being? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated individual to join us in Boston as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant or Sports Coach.

Responsibilities:

• Support students in managing their behaviour and emotions, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Organize and lead sports activities to promote physical health and well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour or coaching sports is advantageous.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
