About the Opportunity:
- Exciting opportunity for an experienced behaviour mentor in Bedford.
- 12-week program for students at risk of exclusion from mainstream school.
- Term time position.
- with 32 hours of work during term time plus 4 weeks during holidays.
About the School:
- Provides outstanding alternative educational provision and support for secondary-age students.
- Focus on fostering positive behaviours, attitudes, and aspirations.
Role Description:
- Support students in developing positive behaviours, attitudes, and aspirations.
- Assist in reintegration into mainstream schools or progress into further education.
- Support the Head of School in behaviour support, including strategy development.
- Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Term time role with occasional travel within Buckinghamshire.

- Experience in similar educational or behaviour management settings.
