The role is - Behaviour Mentor - Hinhead

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work directly with students both inside and outside the classroom. At times, you will support students one-on-one or in small groups. Your role will be to help students develop skills such as communication, problem-solving, and self-regulation. You should also provide guidance and positive reinforcement. You should also help to foster a safe and supportive learning environment. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to run or support interventions aimed at supporting their needs. In your role as a Behaviour Mentor, you will interact with teachers and members of the behaviour team in order to update them on targets and behaviour's.
