Role: Behaviour Mentor

Location: Trafford

Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced behaviour mentor for a secondary school based in the Trafford�area. The role will begin on 07/05/#####�and is offered on a full-time, ongoing basis 5 days per week.

The role will involve working with pupils who present challenging behaviour and are dis-engaged.� This will involve working with pupils at KS3/4 both on a 1-1 basis and in small groups as well.

Key requirements:

• Experience of working with secondary age pupils across KS3/4


• Experience of working with pupils who display challenging behaviour


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Excellent communicator


• Ability to quickly and effectively build rapport


• Immediately available


• Flexible and adaptable in your approach


• Hold and enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
