Job title: Behaviour MentorLocation: South West LondonPay rate: £90.00 - £110.00 per day depending on experienceSetting: Alternative ProvisionStart date: Monday 15th April 2024Duration: Long term with view to go permanentActive Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Alternative Provision in South West London who are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join them after the Easter break, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As a Behaviour Mentor you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with behaviour issues.Roles and responsibilities of the Behaviour Mentor:
* Supporting the consistent implementation of our behaviour policy
* Taking responsibility for the calm and purposeful movement of students into/out of the academy and around the academy between lessons
* Ensuring that students enter the building in full academy uniform and if not, following the agreed procedures
* Ensuring that follow up action is taken for students failing to meet academy standardsBenefits of working with Active Recruitment:
