Your new role
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our wonderful school and work with our exceptional students. We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour and Welfare Assistant to join our well established team. Among other responsibilities the appointed person will be accountable for the highest standards of behaviour of pupils at Wilds Lodge School, including:
Involvement in assessing and evaluating pupil behaviour patterns (concerns and SIR) and setting targets for improvement (Risk Reduction Plans)
Involvement in developing and enhancing the behaviour management skills of staff working across the school
Delivering 1:1 behaviour support when necessary
