Beauty Therapist

pharmaceutical company offering natural and organic skin solutions is looking for a dedicated Beauty Therapist to join its London store.
As a Beauty Therapist, you will ensure the highest level of client care and service at all times.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Promote the beauty rooms by actively participating with internal and external promotional activities
Actively manage trade test and sales assessments skills with feedback to Trainer and Human Resources Management
Take responsibility for stock management and ordering for the beauty rooms
Train Junior Therapists on required skills i.e. Brazilians etc.
Responsible for carrying out VIP treatments and attending events when required
Encourage the promotion and sale of all products in conjunction with beauty treatments
Ensure that end of day closure and till procedures are followed
Work to meet treatment and sales targets
Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the clients’ experience
Take appropriate action to resolve client complaints
Be able to promote the Beauty and Health clinic products and services
Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your Store Manager
Our ideal candidate is passionate about exceptional service and organic skincare brands. You must be approachable, friendly and be able to work both independently and as a part of the team to drive treatment services, demonstrate and sell the products of the brand. The role requires a passion for learning, product knowledge, promoting treatments and exceeding customer expectations. Knowledge of stock control is also required.
You will be able to engage with customers easily, showing strong selling skills to achieve targets. And you must be willing to train Junior Therapists on maintaining a high level of service and making sales as well.
