Their mission is to simplify routines and offer personalised beauty for all ages. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Business Manager to join the team in their Bluewater location.

Business Manager duties include:

• Leading a team of 5 make up artists to achieve sales
• Manage daily, monthly and quarterly running of your counter - through business plans
• Motivate and drive team to achieve sales targets
• Staying up to date with the latest beauty trends.
• Performing Make-up / Skincare consultations on clients

Business Manager must have(s):

• Experience in leading a high performing, motivated team
• Personable and customer focused
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Adaptable in a fast paced, ever changing sometimes high pressured environment
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Will consider background in Beauty, Cosmetics or Fashion.

In return offering a salary of up to �33,000, plus commission, generous discounts, pension scheme and so much more.
