What will I get?
Salary up to £41,000 (£19.50 per hour), depending on experience, inclusive of service charge

What will I be doing?
As a Bartender/Mixologist, your role demands a deep passion and expertise in premium beverages, along with prior experience working in high-volume restaurants and bars. Your primary objective will be to create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for guests, Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that service is prompt and professional
Working with the Head Bartender and other Bartenders to create classic cocktails that stand the test of time
Being fully conversant in serving cocktails, drinks, and food to the hotel's standards
Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Ensuring adherence to licensing laws and health and safety legislation.
What are we looking for?
Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
Have a passion for cocktails and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner and wants to be challenged and developed
Be fluent in spoken and written English
Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests
Have exceptional product knowledge, specifically around classic cocktails
Be flexible to work on late shift including weekends and bank holidays.
