We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to overseefood and beverage operations.
As the Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you will be at the heart of theirdining and bar services, ensuringguests enjoy top-notch service and delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves leading and motivating the F&Bteam, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring smooth operations. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be essential in upholding our resort's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring seamless service
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the culinary team to help develop and update menus
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar and/or restaurant, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail expertise
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
